race 17 gate issue

Race 17 today has an issue with the gates. All 4 horses slid down two gates and now the 1 and 2 hole are gone. When there is a late scratch the horses still break from there original gates and the scratched gates still open with no horses. Im wondering if the 1 and 2 were removed by mistake.
