The workout and racing times are back to normal now. Somehow during the startup the weather was turned back on which accounted for the different daily track variants.

today I did notice all my horses work +/- same times as before, but are the race times back to normal as some of my horses and am sure some stables have notice a big drop in the race times and speed rating.
