Retired Horses Runningin Races?

It's no big deal because my horse was far back due to traffic and lesser ability, but my horse in the route conso checked in the stretch 5 times, mostly due to a ridiculous amount of traffic.

If a horse is retired, the slot should be empty.

I looked at that race and didn't see any horses who were retired running in that race.

The impact of that horse in the middle of the race seemed to precipitate a single file line of 6 horses, no one wanted to go 3 wide, and then you saw the finish as a result. Again, not going to make a mountain of a mole hill, but it was noteworthy
