why did my horse not blow by those horse when the rail is clear but he acted as if he was blocked

Because the rail wasn't clear...if you watch the 3D viewer and look at the overhead view and the rear view you can see there wasn't room for the horse to go thru.

so horses can run the 1 and half path now on this site. hmmmmm that's a new one on me
